Hiring

Reflections Mental Health, LLC is a DHS 35 certified outpatient group private practice focused on community, growth, and compassion with our therapists and clients. If you are looking to work with a small team that is trauma informed, down to earth, and interested in continued learning, we might be the clinic for you! Our therapy team has subspecialties in first responders, adoption, child and adolescents, 2SLGBTQIA+, eating disorders, and more! We are a warm crew with varying personal interests in nature, gardening, gaming, true crime, and pets.

We work with a wide variety of clients through individual and family therapy, with a specialty in trauma, anxiety, and attachment, but also serve a wide variety of behavioral and mental health concerns. We highlight training our team in EMDR, IFS and parts work, and attachment along with somatic interventions, polyvagal theory, and play. We are willing to train the right candidate and support our therapists in their desired niches. Additional onboarding bonuses for therapists specializing in children under 10 available.

Benefits

  • W2 commissioned position (60%) with additional hourly pay for supervision and paperwork; fully licensed staff have an earning potential of $80-110K/year

  • $3,000 onboarding bonus for fully licensed therapists

  • 25-28 billable hours scheduled with an average of 23 clients seen/week

Internships

We enjoy supervising counseling interns and often take several per year. We've previously worked with UW-Whitewater, UW-Superior, and Cardinal Stritch University. 

Placement is competitive and potential candidates are often reaching out in December or January prior to an August start date. While we do occasionally start internships other times of the year, and support practicum hours combined with internship, we do require a traditional 9 to 12 month placement. We offer weekly group and dyadic supervision. 

We are looking for candidates who are willing to:

  • Work across the lifespan. We find that many therapists who thought they would not enjoy working with children end up enjoying the process of therapy with children and teens
