Everyone deserves to have a place where they feel accepted, heard, and met with genuine care. Life asks different things of us at different stages, whether that means navigating the important work of play and growing up, exploring adolescence, adjusting to major transitions, or balancing the demands of adulthood and parenting. My goal is to meet you where you are and offer support that is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and tailored to your unique goals.
As a clinical intern at Reflections Mental Health, I work with children, teens, adults, and parents. I am especially passionate about supporting those navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, parenting challenges, and life transitions.
My approach to counseling is above all person-centered, and I value curiosity, patience, and warmth. I hope to help you feel more comfortable being authentic, more capable of handling the challenges in front of you, and more supported as you make changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
A place to feel understood as you figure out what comes next.

MODALITIES
Sessions with me are…
Collaborative and judgment-free.
You can expect a space where we make room for both the hard things and the small wins. We’ll work together to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and find changes that feel realistic and sustainable.
My background
I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago and am currently pursuing my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bradley University. Outside of counseling, I spend as much time as possible with my partner, two children, two dogs, and elderly cat. You can usually find me reading, crafting, playing board games, or taking long walks with friends. I believe in the power of humor, creativity, and celebrating the quiet, ordinary moments of daily life.
